After retiring from a ski career, athletes often embark on new adventures and pursuits in life. This mix and match of new experiences can be both exciting and challenging. 

Here’s a quick update on the new life of the skiers who shone on the white circus not so long ago: 

Commentary and media: Some athletes decide to move into sports commentary or the media. While Tina Weirather (LIE) is well known to the Swiss media for her role as an expert at SRF, it’s now Beat Feuz’s (SUI) turn to join SRF’s backstage team. Refining every possible medal during his career, the former skier known as “Kugelblitz” hopes to have the right eye to provide insightful commentary throughout the winter.
