From The Hack returns for 2023-24 with a brief introductory message from host Frank Roch, followed by two timely interviews to kick off the ninth podcast season.
Curling Canada’s new Director of High Performance has been on the job for just a few months, but Scotsman David Murdoch has already had a big impact on how the world’s largest curling nation plans to do its business on the ice. “A lot of the (Canadian) athletes are very curious,” Murdoch reveals, as to “whether (they) are full-time curlers or not full-time curlers.”
The second segment sees Roch speak with Canada’s mixed fours champion back end, Felix Asselin and real-life partner Laurie St-Georges. The world mixed championship is just days away, and the three discuss Team Canada’s plans for success in Aberdeen.
