These are the stars that have been in a promotion or in a specific role for so long that it is hard to imagine anyone taking their place. One of the bigger stories on SmackDown at the moment is Santos Escobar turning on Rey Mysterio and the LWO. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, the plan is for Dragon Lee to be added to the story in some way, with the idea of Mysterio endorsing Lee as the future. There has also been talk of Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo joining Escobar in some way, though it is not clear how or when that would happen.
